An HR platform that takes a candidate from career diagnosis to the interview itself
YOUACO is an HR-Tech platform we built for recruitment and placement: an AI career assistant that diagnoses and guides the candidate, a job-to-candidate matching engine, a jobs scanner running in the background, and an interview simulator that trains the candidate before the real thing - four modules working off one candidate profile.
The challenge
In recruitment both sides work blind: the candidate does not know which roles genuinely fit or how to prepare for the interview, and the recruiter drowns in CVs that say little about real fit.
What we built
We built one rich candidate profile - skills, experience, preferences and career diagnostics - and four modules around it: the engine ranks roles against the profile rather than against keywords, the scanner keeps pulling relevant openings, and the interview simulator runs a role-specific interview with structured feedback. All in Hebrew, with a full RTL interface.
