An AI agent embedded in the client's site that learns the business document, the catalog and the pricing, and runs a real sales conversation - answering questions, recommending a product, surfacing product cards and action buttons, and handing off to a human when needed.
The challenge
Most site visitors leave without asking a question. A generic chat that returns vague answers only increases abandonment.
What we built
Instead of relying on blind crawling, we built an editable business document that serves as the agent's single source of truth, with awareness of the page the visitor is on, conversation analytics and a controlled handoff to a human.
