Solo ties customers, tasks and people into a single picture: who the customer is, what the status is, what the next task is and who owns it. Simple enough that a team actually uses it, open enough to connect to the rest of the stack.
The challenge
Large CRMs demand an expensive implementation project, and spreadsheets fall apart the moment more than a few people are involved.
What we built
We built a system that works on day one: customer and task management, views by team and by status, and AI extensions that summarize conversations and prioritize the work.
