In many organizations AI gets stuck at the pilot stage: there is an impressive demo, no workflow that actually changed and no number that shows improvement.
What we built
We start from the business processes rather than the tools: pick two or three processes with a clear return, build the team and the automation around them, measure before and after, and only then scale to the rest of the organization.
